Mini Peach Pies

There are a bunch of cute mini pie recipes on Pinterest. I saw this one while perusing my Food Network Mag. It’s simplicity intrigued me.


Pre-made pie crust (I cheated this time) cut into rounds


Peaches cut in half (you don’t even have to peel them)


Place a pie crust round on the bottom,

place half a peach,

cover with a small pat of butter

and another (smaller) round of pie crust.


Brush with an egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.


Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Serve with a bit of ice cream.


Easy, cute and fun. 🙂
